Appointments

• Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.

Deposit Payments

• We do require a 20% deposit ($25 Minimum) payment to reserve your service appointment.
• Collected deposits may be refundable when cancelling at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• Collected deposits will be non refundable in the event of a no show or no call for your scheduled appointment.

-Your appointment will be marked as a no show or no call for your scheduled appointment 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
